From the heart of Mangalore, Forest Foods was born out of a simple, powerful realization: nature already provides the perfect pharmacy. We noticed a gap between the snacks people loved and the nutrition their bodies actually needed. Inspired by the potent medicinal properties of forest-fresh ingredients and backed by the recommendations of Cancer Specialists, we set out to redefine snacking. Â
Our journey began at #12-95/10, Castlino Colony, where we experimented with vacuum-frying and baking techniques to ensure that every chip—whether it’s a Forest Bud or a Forest Berry—retains its inherent vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. We don’t just make snacks; we preserve the "Forest Fragrance" and the raw, healing power of the earth. From managing blood sugar with Karela to boosting immunity with Mushrooms, our story is one of flavor meeting functional medicine.
